PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
John W. Wells, III, PE is a licensed Mechanical Engineer in the State of Florida
and President of Consulting Engineering Associates, Inc. Mr. Wells has served on
ASHRAE,
an international engineering technical society organized to advance
the art
of HVAC,
on the chapter level for over fifteen years. His engineering
experience
includes design
of mechanical systems for manufacturing
facilities, libraries,
schools, commercial
ventures, health care,
residential and other types of facilities
ranging in value from
thousands of dollars to multi-million dollar projects.
He became a LEED Accredited Professional in September of 2006,
and has provided Commissioning and LEED Consulting for multiple projects.
As Principal in Charge, Mr. Wells will actively participate in all areas of the project.
He will oversee and play a major role in the final review of construction
documents
and is extremely active in the construction phase services.
