PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Costello's responsibilities include designing HVAC systems for all types of facilities
with a concentration on educational, financial, and healthcare institutions.
Mr. Costello duties also include developing heating and cooling load calculations,
verifying buildings and systems
compliance with current energy codes,system
evaluations,
and developing life cycle cost analysis of mechanical systems.
He became a
LEED Accredited Professional in October 2006 and has
worked on various "green" projects since that time.
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
As Project Manager, Mr. Costello will be involved on the project from start to finish.
He will attend all meetings, perform load and energy calculations, life cycle cost analysis,
and design detailed construction documents. He will coordinate with
all other trades.
In the Construction Administration phase, there will be regular visits to the sites,
pay applications reviewed and approved, and project site visit notes taken and provided.

Mr. Costello was honored to be nominated for the ASHRAE
Florida West Coast Chapter's 2009 New Faces of Engineering.
