PROFESSIONAL RESUME

​

Mr. Hicks is a graduate of University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He joined the CEA team in May 2018.  His mechanical design experience includes designing HVAC systems for all types of facilities with a focus on commercial projects.  He also performs heating and cooling load calculations, verifies building and system compliance with current energy codes, develops life cycle cost analysis of mechanical systems, and creates Energy Models in compliance with the latest edition of ASHRAE Standard 90.1.

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Project Manager, Mr. Hicks will oversee a project from start to finish.  He will meet with the client, survey, create design development documents, provide construction documents and project specific specifications, and assist with the bidding and negotiation phase.  He will attend coordination meetings, review shop drawings, assess and approve Pay Applications, and visit the project site during construction.  Project site visit reports will be provided on a regular basis. He will provide record documents upon completion of the project as required.
