Exeter 8800 Adamo – CEA  provided Mechanical design to add five packaged RTUs to condition a showroom warehouse and small office area.

ICTC Brooksville – CEA provided Mechanical design for the new building of this electronics and cable manufacturer.

JBT Food Tech Warehouse, Lakeland, FL – CEA provided HVAC and plumbing design services for this new campus which consisted of an office building, guard house, research and development building, and Plant area with unconditioned ventilated work area.

JJ Taylor Distribution Center Florida – Design build of a 206,030 sq. ft. warehouse and 19,625 square foot office building HVAC replacement.

Largo WWRF Warehouse, Largo, FL – CEA provided HVAC and plumbing design services for this new warehouse.   Design included a 1,135 sq. ft. conditioned office area, 2,195 sq. ft. conditioned warehouse area for Fire Department storage, 162 sq. ft. unconditioned flammable storage room, and 8,708 sq. ft. unconditioned, ventilated warehouse area.  Straight cool split systems were utilized along with roof mounted NOA rated exhaust/supply fans, and an HVLS fan at the loading dock roll-up door.

Pinch A Penny Corporate Headquarters, Warehouse, and Distribution Center, Largo, FL – CEA  provided HVAC and plumbing design services for this 45,000 sq. ft. three-story office building, and 200,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office building.
Pioneer Growers Cooperative – CEA provided Mechanical and Plumbing design for a new canopy and hydrocoolers. Warehouse was part of the building.

Publix  Warehouse and Distribution Center, Lakeland, FL – CEA provided HVAC and plumbing design services for this expansion of Publix’s warehouse facility.  The expansion included a shipping office, receiving office, maintenance shop, battery charging area, and large break room.  Project was 558,000 sq. ft.

Rooms To Go Warehouse and Distribution Center, Lakeland, FL – CEA provided HVAC and plumbing design services for this 312,025 sq. ft. storage warehouse with conditioned office areas.

University of Tampa Warehouse Addition, Tampa, FL – CEA provided HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design services for a new warehouse building on the UT Campus. The new systems were connected to the existing campus-wide chilled water system.
